Eureka, CA (May 31, 2018) – Two of the scheduled five races for the Humboldt Outlaw Karts with race three set for Thursday June 21st. The event is expected to be the biggest race of the year for the karts as the day marks the beginning of the annual the Redwood Acres Fair. Automotive Workshop & Fabrication will be presenting the night’s races.

The Champagne Attorney Service beginner box stocks will be in action along with the Williamson Financial box stocks. In addition, the Michlette Family Racing pure stocks are on the schedule along with the Wes Green Landscaping 125/250cc karts and the NorCal Automotive 500cc/open karts.

A special total purse over $1,000 will likely make the racing even more spectacular. Besides the regular payouts of $35 for first, $25 for second and $15 for third, there will be a special Dash 4 The Cash race for all of the divisions. The top four finishers in the main event of each class will have the opportunity to win $100 in a six-lap trophy dash.

Pit gates open at 10:00 AM with racing beginning at 6:00 PM. It will be the only night race of the season. Fans who enter the Redwood Acres Fair on June 21st will be able to watch the event from the grandstands for free.
